Antique Oak T-Back Side Chair

One of a kind. An American T-back side chair in solid hardwood, dating to roughly 1900 to 1925. The back is the reason to buy it: a shaped crest above a single wide splat, cut in the T profile that gives the form its name. The grain shows through a warm brown surface that has darkened unevenly over a century of use, and the joints have the small movement any chair of this age carries. Sound and sittable.
