2024 Tempranillo, Emilio Moro "Finca Resalso" (Ribera del Duero, Spain)

100% Tempranillo. This wine comes off the vineyard planted in 1932, the year the second Emilio Moro was born, and it broke the rules of Ribera del Duero when it arrived in 1994 as the first young wine in the region to see oak. Four months in French barrel, just enough to round it, never enough to disguise it. Red cherry and blackberry.
