Le Petit Nuage, the little cloud, is an open-front cardigan hand-knitted in New Zealand mohair yarn. Voluminous sleeves taper to a ribbed cuff, a ribbed hem grounds the softness of the body, and the whole thing carries that particular quality that only mohair has, a halo of fibre that catches the light and makes even the most saturated colour feel somehow soft. It wears the way its name suggests. Thrown over almost anything, it is weightless and warm at once, the kind of piece that becomes part of the daily ritual of getting dressed without ever quite feeling ordinary. Because this is a natural fibre knitted by hand, each piece carries its own subtle variations in texture and halo. Fit One size. Oversized by design. Modelled here on a model 170cm tall. Materials 95% New Zealand mohair yarn, 6% nylon. Handknitted. Care Store folded and not on a hanger, to maintain the knit's shape. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. To refresh, lay flat outside in the sun. At your own risk, a gentle hand wash in cold water is possible, laying flat in the sun to dry afterwards. Available in Magenta Pink. One size.
