Freak Out! ha definito l’era musicale di metà anni sessanta grazie ad una creatività senza limiti ed ora è stato ampliato aggiungendo 90 rari brani, registrati dal vivo e in studio, molti dei quali inediti. L'edizione super deluxe contiene 105 brani divisi in cinque cd e un blu-ray audio con nuovo missaggio 2026, collage di outtake, demo, mix mono vocali e registrazioni di prove in studio, oltre a raro materiale live registrato durante tre concerti al Fillmore Auditorium di San Francisco nel 1966. Il blu-ray audio presenta nuovi mix in surround sound e dolby atmos dell'album originale, oltre alla riproposizione di tre diversi missaggi del tempo dell’intero album ed una traccia bonus in surround sound tratta dagli archivi.
