In-Person Knitting Class Intro to Combining Fibers Date & Time Saturday 8/29 9:45-11:45AM Location Coast to Coast Yarn Company 2721 E Central Ave Suite 104 Wichita KS Skill Level Adventurous Beginner. Students must be comfortable with knit and purl stitches. Supplies All supplies are provided. Class Description Mixing fibers and multiple colors can seem scary, but do not fear. Beloved Coast to Coast knitting instructor Christince Vumai is here! In this 2 hour workshop you will try your hand at working with multiple yarns at a time. We will try holding wool with mohair, knitting with two different colors for colorwork, and holding multiple strands to bulk up the weight. No final project will be attempted, instead small swatches will be knit with each technique. Open to all ages, but children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian with basic knowledge of the class material. Cancellation Policy If minimum number of students is not met 48 hours before scheduled class time, class will be cancelled and refunded. Students will be notified by email. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive full refunds. Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will receive 50% refunds. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded.
