Artisan Gold Holiday Turkey (Deposit)

About our Turkeys: We're raising a round of Artisan Gold turkeys for your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners! This breed of turkey is slow-growing and known for a much richer flavor than their traditional broad-breasted white counterparts. Our turkeys are rotated free range through forest, giving them access to a diet of heavy forage that augments their already unique flavor. These birds are a special passion project of Mason's, and we've put a lot of love and work into getting these gobblers ready for your table. Delivery/Pickup options: Turkeys can be either picked up at our shop in Colonial Beach from November 23-25, or delivered directly to your door during the same timeframe for a fee of $20 (please note you must be in our delivery area for this option). Please note that if you choose delivery, someone either must be home to receive, or there must be a cooler left out to place your turkey in. Turkeys will be delivered fresh, not frozen! Pricing and Weight: Our birds are estimated to dress between 12 and 19 lbs and are priced at $13/lb. You can reserve your turkey with a deposit of $49, which becomes non-refundable on September 1, 2026. Once you've made your deposit we will contact you to confirm two things: Your preference for a larger or smaller bird, but please note that we may not be able to meet your preference based on the size mix, which we cannot control. Your preference for pickup at our shop in Colonial Beach VA, or delivery to your door. We will send you a final invoice the weekend before Thanksgiving when we've packed the turkeys and know all our weights; payment must be received before we can deliver or reserve for pickup.
