CBA BLUES RENTAL - PLEASE WRITE STUDENT NAME AND GRADE IN NOTES SECTION

Do NOT choose shipping- Students will need to come in to be properly fitted for their uniforms. Rentals will NOT be shipped and the fee will be refunded* FIRST OF THE SCHOOL YEAR LATE FEES BEGIN- a late fee of $25 per day will be applied to the rental as stated in the rental agreement and in accordance with NYS General Business Law §399. ANNUAL RENTAL FEE FOR MILITARY DRESS BLUES MILITARY UNIFORM- please write your student name and grade in the customer notes at check out. Freshman and new students will be required to pay a $75 security deposit at time of jacket pick up. This deposit is held on file with us until the uniform is returned to us in good order.
