Dark Milk Chocolate Bar with Tultul (guimaras artisinal salt)

Our house blend dark milk chocolate with artisnal guimaras salt Tultul Tultul salt is a traditional artisanal salt from Guimaras, Philippines. It is made from driftwood that have been soaked in seawater, then burned while being continuously doused with seawater for about a week. The resulting salty ashes are collected and repeatedly filtered with seawater to produce a highly concentrated brine. This brine is then mixed with coconut milk and slowly boiled until all the moisture evaporates, leaving behind dense blocks of Tultul salt.
