Regarded as a step up from the 5F1 Champ, the tweed Princeton is celebrated for delivering sweet, touch-sensitive low-wattage tube overdrive in a compact package. Introduced in 1956, the 5F2 paired a simple, responsive circuit with the distinctive cabinet and tweed covering that have come to define this celebrated period of Fender history.
