I first worked with Tomas Sosa in 2007 and grew a relationship with he and his family that lasted 10 years. At his passing in 2017, we are proud to continue this relationship with the Sosa family, led by his son Nelson Yovani Sosa. Nelson, as a 3rd generation producer, is continuing the farming tradition in the Comayagua region of Honduras that led to this award-winning coffee featuring orange and black tea aroma and flavors, a subtle apricot acidity and a wonderful lingering caramel sweetness.
