ALL THE PLAYFULNESS YOU NEED FOR A MASSIVE GRIN Hardly any other bike in the realm of the JAM lets you pump this hard through berms and rollers, converting every impulse directly into a change of direction or speed. The shock tune of the JAM is as firm, reactive and sporty as it gets without compromising on traction. FULL CONTROL WHEN THINGS GET DICEY What else do you need to up your game on the trail? Full control when things get a little dicey. Therefore, the JAM is equipped with exactly that: 2.6" tyres and powerful brakes paired with 200 mm brake discs. Suppose you want to take a feature or a turn just a tick faster or more playful than usual. CHOOSE THE RIGHT BATTERY FOR YOUR TRAIL FUN More battery is not always better. At least that's what we think. But this much can already be said: The JAM offers more than enough options of battery capacity that you can focus on trail fun entirely. We opted for the compact 600 Wh battery, pivot battery removal and a slim silhouette as the main design for the JAM. Nevertheless, there are people and situations that require more battery, and we know that too. That's why the JAM frame can also hold the bigger 800 Wh battery – with only a different down tube cover. Additionally, all sizes are compatible with the 250 Wh range extender, leading to four possible battery configurations from 600 to a whopping 1050 Wh. And with that kind of range, no offence, but you will most likely stop the trail action before you run out of range. RENOWNED, RELIABLE BOSCH POWER Gen. 5 of the Bosch Performance Line CX motor is as reliable as ever – if not more so. You probably have a pretty good idea of what you can expect already. The Bosch Performance Line CX has your back in every situation. So that nothing, not even rattling noises on trails, can stand in the way of your peace of mind and maximum trail fun. And of course, everything is Smart System compatible. PREMIUM LOOK Oh, that's not a carbon bike? You are probably not alone in realising this if you have only looked at the sleek cockpit section. With ground and levelled weld seams in the head tube area and around the semi-integrated shock mount, the JAM and its siblings, the new THRON and SAM, could easily be mistaken for carbon bikes. Add the elegant paint finish including a painted main link as well as the C.I.S. 2.0 stem and voilà, the JAM is ready and above all très chic! DETAILS THAT MATTER AND MAKE IT BETTER We have also thought of the many important details with the JAM. The particularly thick chainstay guard makes the bike quieter than ever. The motor cover is impressively robust. However, the JAM has so much ground clearance anyway that our bike testers had difficulty finding sufficiently large steps for the test at the limit. Plus, the cover for the charging socket on the seat tube does not flap. MOUNTING OPTIONS FOR GPS TRACKER And apart from that: even off the trail, you have full control and always know where your bike is with the integrated mounting options for an Airtag or Chipolo.
