Baileigh BP-9078NC 90-Ton Hydraulic Press Brake, 78.75in Bending Capacity The BP-9078NC is a 90-ton hydraulic press brake with a 78.75 inch bed, running an NC digital counter control rather than a full CNC. Ram depth and back gauge position each read out on their own encoder-driven display, and the gauge is set by hand wheel. Full capacity is 78.75 inches at .196 inch mild steel, so 3/16 inch plate across the whole bed. Throat depth is 7.87 inches, the housings are 61 inches apart, and there is 11.81 inches from table to ram. A 10 hp main motor drives the pump and a 1/2 hp motor drives the back gauge over 23.62 inches of travel. Stroke is 5.9 inches, approach 3.14 inches per second, bending .236, return 2.36. The machine carries extra-wide guideways, adjustable two-step downward travel, an oversized hydraulic tank and a photo-electric safety curtain. Power is 220V 3-phase with a 45 gallon reservoir.
