Pre order option for Thanksgiving only Our take on a North American classic! Fresh sugar pumpkins, made into a smooth custard and baked in an all butter pie crust. Traditionally pumpkin pie contains warm spices, all of which are globally imported. Ours focuses on the wonderful sweetness and flavor of fresh ontario pumpkin maple sugar, with a hint of foraged spices. We cook it with delicate care to create a silken texture and bold sweet flavour! serves 6-8 people all pie orders come with 500ml Maple Chantilly to accompany.
