A stunning vintage Chinese cloisonne enamel brass purse. Depicts a peacock in full feathers on both sides of the purse. The cloisonne is very fine and detailed The cloisonne enamel had minimal wear and chips. 3 x3x1-1/4 inches. 48 inch brass chain strap. The interior of the purse is a very dark blue enamel. The snap clasp closes tightly. Hinge is in good condition and secure. The metal shows areas of oxidation that can be shined up. Overall very good condition for its age.
