Kaneyoshi Tachibana Ponzu (100 ml)

Founded in 1921, Kaneyoshi is a fourth-generation soy sauce brewery in the countryside of Fukuoka. "Tachibana" Ponzu is made with two-year aged soy sauce, rice vinegar, and yuzu and haruka citrus juices. No sugar or additives are used. The base two-year-aged soy sauce is made with Fukuyutaka soy beans and Chikugoizumi wheat from Kumamoto Prefecture (both grown without pesticides during cultivation). Delightful citrus acidity balanced with deep shoyu flavor. Delicious on its own as an accent, dressing, or dip. Also delicious when mixed with oil for salads, fish or meat carpaccio, gently simmered dishes, and gyoza. Refrigerate after opening.
