Rojo de Suelo Bean

Beautiful, rare, red bean from Chiapas, Mexico. Bean Club exclusive. When our partners at Xoxoc sent us a sample of Rojo de Suelo, we thought, "We don’t need another red bean!" Then we tasted it, and of course, we were wrong. This is from a small cooperative, and we don’t know if we’ll be able to keep offering it, so enjoy it.
