Lernex® Pro is an optimised version of Morenicol Lernex, developed for the treatment of resistant skin and gill worms in ornamental fish. Lernex® Pro is based on the latest scientific knowledge and contains high-quality anthelmintics against which no resistance has yet built up. Lernex® Pro is therefore highly effective in the treatment of resistant skin and gill flukes. The presence of these parasites can only be determined under a microscope. Effective against: Resistant worms (flukes) Skin Worm Gill Worm Water quality: For an optimal effect of the treatment and for a quick recovery of the diseased fish, a good water quality is essential. Hence, always test the water quality before and after the treatment, and correct when necessary. Dosage: 1 ml (1.25 g) per 20 litres of pond water. The required amount of Lernex Pro can be measured using the 15 ml measuring spoon supplied (18.75 g). This amount should be slowly poured into the pond water in a place with a strong current, e.g. the outlet of the pump or filter. Ensure good aeration so that your fish have sufficient oxygen at all times. Do not filter through charcoal or zeolite; keep UV lamps and ozone devices switched off for up to 1 week after administration. This veterinary medicine must not be overdosed; adhere to the dosage instructions. The eggs of the worms are not killed by this veterinary medicine. Therefore, the treatment should be repeated after 14 days to kill these larvae and prevent reinfection.
