Compared to later production, this early form carries a noticeably heavier, more substantial feel — and is supremely comfortable to hold. Crucially, this tall shaving mug form was only ever produced in two colours: Ivory and Jadeite. It was never made in Turquoise Blue or Milk White, making it an exclusively early-era piece.
