Beer is not naturally gluten free – but our Helles Lagerbier is. A special method gently removes the gluten from the beer after brewing. The result is a full-bodied, finely malty and hoppy lager with 5.1% ABV featuring the authentic Bitburger taste. Anyone with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity should consult their doctor before consuming Bitburger Gluten Removed Lager (<20ppm).
