Inspired by traditional Norwegian crisp bread (knekkebrød), Seedy Crisps are handcrafted with wholesome buckwheat flour and a delicious blend of organic oats and seeds. A crunchy treat by itself or topped with your favorite vegan cheeses or spreads. Why is this different from other seed crackers? Unlike many other seed crackers, Seedy Crisps contain no added oils. Our seeds are sprouted and organic making this cracker a natural source of protein and fiber.
