A very special micro lot from young, quality-obsessed producer Gilmer Cordova Mejia at Finca Ecológica in the highlands of Jaén, Cajamarca. His hand-picked, washed Gesha is delicate and aromatic — apple blossom and perfumey jasmine layered with jammy honeydew, a touch of toffee, and a clean, fruit-like sweetness. A rare treat, here only while this tiny lot lasts.
