2026 Havilah Pinot Gris
Sourced from two growers in the Tamar. The fruit came in later this year and was gently direct-pressed to tank. Winemaking was deliberately simple, with a focus on preserving purity and achieving a clean, classical expression of Pinot Gris. Generous and expressive in flavour.
