The profile is fresh and clean, offering a good cleansing acidity and a medium body. Inspired by the bone dry, intensely aromatic rosés of Provence, crafted by bleeding off the juice from freshly de-stemmed old vine Mataro after limited skin contact, with 30% aged in well-seasoned French oak hogsheads for three months. This traditional French method delivers a distinctive, elegant wine.
