Some charging cables are only rated for 16A single-phase, which can limit charging to around 3.6kW even if the EVSE and vehicle could support more. This cable is rated for 32A single-phase AC charging, allowing up to 7.2kW where supported. For a typical efficient EV, that is roughly 50–55km of range per hour from a suitable 32A single-phase EVSE. Actual charging speed depends on the EVSE, vehicle, installation, available supply, vehicle settings, battery state, and charging losses.
