Installation The SaunaLife S1B arrives fully assembled. Position the tub on a level, stable foundation capable of supporting approximately 1,158 pounds when filled. Position the foundation at least 3 inches above the surrounding ground. Suitable surfaces include reinforced concrete, properly supported pavers, or concrete supports installed over compacted gravel. Ensure all foundation beams are evenly and adequately supported before filling the tub. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions when connecting a compatible chiller or heater. Drain the tub and connected water lines whenever freezing conditions are possible. Leave the drain valve open during freezing conditions to help prevent damage. Treat the exterior wood at least once per year with an appropriate outdoor wood oil. Use a soft cloth and non-abrasive household cleaner when cleaning the fiberglass interior. The tub is secured to a pallet and enclosed in protective wood packaging. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule curbside delivery and lower the shipment to ground level.
