You don't need to order two sets. Do the bookends hold heavy books? Yes. The wide base and weight of the figurines keep a normal stack of books firmly in place. For very heavy volumes or large quantities, we recommend placing the figurines close against the books. What color do they arrive in? In the color shown in the product photos. There is currently no color selection option. If you'd prefer a different color, contact us before ordering – we're happy to check availability. Can the figurines be used as standalone décor without books? Absolutely. They stand stably on any flat surface and look great without books too – on a desk, shelf, or windowsill. How long does production take? Every set is printed to order: 1–3 business days production, then 3–5 business days shipping within Germany.
