Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain well before drinking. Enjoy on its own or blend with chamomile, lemon balm, rosehip, hibiscus or lavender. Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Seal well after opening.
