Wee Hours hosted by Connor Gibson

Hosted by Connor Gibson, the next edition of Wee Hours welcomes the British chef, whose career has taken him through professional kitchens in London, Amsterdam, Marseille and, most recently, Singapore as Head Chef at No Sleep Club. Classically trained in French and Italian cooking, his practice continues to evolve through travel and the many cultures that now surround his work. More recently, he has turned to pop-ups as a way of contributing to Singapore's food culture, creating occasions for people to gather around a shared table. For this evening, Connor turns his attention to the Italian family meal. The meal unfolds in the way Italian family meals often do, a succession of courses. There are two seatings available: 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Each ticket includes the full menu. À la carte beverages will be available to order throughout the evening. Wee Hours remains as an invitation to try, to share, to stay awhile.
