grds bio-mechanics lab® is a lower-limb biomechanics laboratory. This insole was developed based on over 20 years of accumulated clinical research data. orthotic 01 is constructed with five layers using OrthoLite®, high-density EVA, EVA, and a cover. The high-density EVA area of orthotic 01 provides four key functions. The deep heel cup wraps around the heel to improve ankle stability. In the forefoot, the metatarsal pad supports the area beneath the metatarsal bones to help absorb impact through the midfoot. An arch support is applied to the medial side of the foot, while a cuboid pad, or calcaneocuboid arch, is applied to the lateral side, making it suitable for both pronators and supinators. OrthoLite® cushioning is applied to the forefoot and heel areas to help distribute impact and pressure evenly during landing and push-off, supporting more natural and stable foot movement. The footbed cover is made with bamboo-based fabric. Compared to cotton, it offers superior moisture absorption, deodorizing performance, and antibacterial properties, helping keep the footbed comfortable for longer. It is compatible with running shoes, walking shoes, and lifestyle sneakers that have enough internal space and removable insoles. However, it is not recommended for shoes with a slim toe box, tight internal space, or certain highly cushioned running shoes, as the fit may not be suitable. *Certified by the Pedorthic Association of Korea.
