D'Addario Planet Waves PW-CP-09 NS Tri-Action Capo

Get the lightning-fast speed of a trigger-style capo combined with the surgical tuning precision of a manual screw system. Available right here at Thundercloud Music, the D'Addario Planet Waves PW-CP-09 NS Tri-Action Capo completely redefines what a quick-change capo can do. Designed in collaboration with legendary innovator Ned Steinberger, this premium capo features a patented Tri-Action Geometry framework. This mechanism dramatically lowers the physical hand-force required to open and snap the capo onto the neck, applying flat, direct horizontal pressure without pulling your strings side-to-side. Crafted from rugged aircraft-grade aluminium, it is built to survive heavy touring schedules across South Africa while keeping your instrument perfectly in tune. Key Features: Fast Tri-Action Geometry: Drastically cuts down the hand force needed to open and close the capo, delivering even clamping force regardless of your guitar neck profile. Micrometer Tension Control: Integrated micro-adjustment dial allows you to set the perfect amount of pressure, ensuring clear notes and eliminating the need to retune. Aircraft-Grade Aluminium: Built out of lightweight, high-grade aluminium to survive heavy stage use without throwing off your guitar’s natural neck balance. On-Board Pick Holder: Features an integrated slot to securely hold an extra guitar pick right where you need it. Headstock Clamping: Designed to clip safely onto your guitar's headstock for quick storage when playing open-string arrangements. The Thundercloud Pick: The go-to choice for live performers who need the rapid speed of a trigger capo but refuse to compromise on flawless pitch and intonation.
