As soon as the chicken comes out hot from the fryer, oven, or air fryer, transfer the pieces to a wire rack or tray. While still hot, generously shake Sanam Peri Peri Hot Chicken Duster over each piece and gently turn or dust all sides so the coating adheres. For extra heat and deeper flavour, add a second light layer immediately after the first. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes so the seasoning “sets.” Serve hot for full effect, paired with pickles and a side of white bread (classic style), or with your favourite sides.
