Made-to-order 60~75 Days - VULCAN Commercial Prone Leg Curl Machine The VULCAN Commercial Prone Leg Curl Machine is a pin-loaded machine designed to isolate and strengthen the hamstrings with minimal spine load. An angled hip pad and front hand grips position the user securely, maintaining hip stability throughout the movement. The ankle roller and starting knee angle both have multiple adjustment settings, allowing the machine to be set up for a wide range of users. Having the single-joint isolation movement focussing on knee flexion works the whole hamstring. 3mm commercial-grade steel frame 120kg weight stack, 5kg increments with a 1:1 ratio, so the weight selected is the weight being moved. Both the ankle pads and the seat/ back pads are finished in black textured upholstery. The stable body position and small weight increments allow load to be progressed gradually. Well suited for physiotherapy and exercise physiology clinics, strength training gyms, sporting clubs, and PT studios or home gyms.
