The handmade ring was crafted in Brisbane by AG Designer Jeweller and utilises a monumental stone which has been set in what many refer to as a 'Tiffany setting'. The Tiffany setting was first introduced in 1886 by Charles Lewis Tiffany and was a departure from the more ornate rub-over settings of the Victorian period. Whilst this particular ring is much alike the Tiffany setting, the traditional version from 1886 features six claws, while this ring has eight, a necessity given the size of the diamond.
