SHOYU RAMEN KIT

about this ramen: this is our classic shoyu ramen, loosely based on new wave tokyo style. the soup is a 50:50 mix of golden chicken soup and seafood dashi, the dashi containing kombu from hokkaido, and dried sardines from the setouchi region, plus high-quality dried bonito. it’s packed with umami, light but hearty, and just the kind of ramen we could (and often do) eat every day. contents: golden chicken chintan + seafood dashi double-soup with shoyu tare; chiyu (chicken oil); custom thin wavy tokyo-style noodles; braised pork belly chashu; menma; naruto-maki; nori. seasoned ajitama egg not included - add one here.
