Design Notes: (Re-Issue) Reverse Denim: The Reverse Denim was inspired by humor and contemporary adaptation, poking fun at our idea of what is considered normal. With every generation that passes, the elders look at the youth and say they’re living backwards. The jeans take that expression literally. The bottom of the pants is reconstructed to resemble the top, complete with belt loops, pockets and waistband details—turning the familiar structure of denim upside down.
