DriverMap™ Cell-Free RNA & DNA Purification Kit

Cellecta's DriverMap™ Cell-Free RNA & DNA Purification Kit co-purifies cell-free RNA (cfRNA) and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from human plasma in one prep. Its magnetic bead technology and buffers are optimized for high-yield recovery of degraded nucleic acids from extracellular vesicles (EVs), exosomes and the soluble plasma fraction. The resulting purified cfNA is ready for these DriverMap™ cell-free assays: DriverMap™ Cell-Free AIR TCR/BCR Profiling — CDR3 profiling of all 7 TCR/BCR chains from cfRNA + cfDNA. DriverMap™ Cell-Free EXP 5K Profiling (available soon) — expression of ~5,000 human genes in plasma cfRNA, at least 100-fold more sensitive than RNA-seq. This gives one validated workflow from blood draw to TCR/BCR clonotype detection. 3. Built to Maximize Data from Precious, Low-Input Plasma: Silane magnetic beads are optimized to capture short, degraded nucleic acids, which are present at only a few copies per mL of plasma. Spin-filter elution in as little as 40 µL gives a concentrated eluate ready for the sensitive, targeted multiplex PCR step. No vacuum manifold or automated extractor is needed. Fig. 1.
