So farmed without any conventional treatments for around 30 years. Fermented and matured in fibreglass and cement. All of Karim's wines have a lovely balance of freshness, fruit and complexity. Born in Lyon to Arabic heritage and raised in Morgon, Karim spent a decade working with Beaujolais legends Guy Breton and Marcel Lapierre before starting his own project as a négociant. He organically farms and vinifies 5 hectares of old-vine Gamay, using minimal sulphur and meticulous temperature control to preserve purity and fruit.
