Solar Flares

Sticky toffee, burnt sugar and dark fruit pour out of the glass. This CrystALE is built entirely on layers of Belgian caramel malts, stacking rich notes of raisin, caramelised sugar and toasted bread into one smooth and dangerously drinkable beer. Our trusty IPA yeast adds extra softness and lifts the fruity esters, turning all that crystal malt richness into something plush, warm and surprisingly easy to sip. Basically what happens when caramel malts completely take over the brewery. Big on caramel, bigger on comfort.
