This practical, hands-on course gives you a solid foundation in using ChatGPT confidently and effectively at work. You’ll learn how to write better prompts, work with uploaded files and documents, use Projects to organise ongoing work, create and refine AI-generated images, and customise ChatGPT to suit the way you work. You’ll also explore more advanced capabilities, including building Custom GPTs, connecting ChatGPT to other apps, scheduling recurring tasks and using Agent Mode for multi-step work. Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to use AI responsibly, including checking facts, protecting confidential information, recognising potential bias and knowing when human judgement needs to take the lead.
