Stoneware, glaze Wheel formed and altered Garden series Garden Series is an edition of painted vessels by Sydney ceramic artist Tom Mason, exploring the garden as a site of natural forces, built forms and accumulated surface traces. Floral forms and fields of colour sit alongside references to sky, rain, stone, fountains, terraces and paths. The series draws on gardens that have been made and then left alone, where built and natural elements are gradually shaped by weather, neglect and use.
