Adorned in pashmina fringe ruffles, crushed velvet & sequin tulle, this piece is frilly, wooky & perfect for the womps. This piece is delicate due to the nature of pashmina scarves, please keep this in mind when wearing your garment. The piece is non stretch, with a structured base to ensure no seam rips. Every pashmina dress is unique because different pieces are cut from different parts of the scarves during creation.
