The wine is aged for approximately six months in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic character.Vineyard: The vineyards are located in Castagnole Monferrato, Piedmont, on dry, limestone-rich soils. Organic farming practices help preserve the natural character of the Ruchè grape and its terroir.
