If your printer can manage that you can print it, and almost every printer can. Even a Bambu A1 mini has room to spare. One piece version: 310 x 125mm (about 12 x 5 inches). Needs a plate of at least 320mm on its longest side, such as the Bambu Lab H2D or H2S.
