How to make a Decaf Greek / Turkish coffee: For each cup, measure one small cup of cold water into a tiny pot/briki. Pour one teaspoon of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well. Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat. The coffee is ready when the froth has risen right up to the brim. Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. If you don’t own a briki you can easily make a Greek coffee in a plunger, as you would do with any other fresh ground coffee. It’s delicious, try it!
