Our elderberry blends create a tasty, versatile syrup you can add to your breakfasts, teas, or even enjoy by itself if you need a quick boost! Our organic kit encourages strength and resilience with its herbal-fruity, ripe-berry flavor and spices. This DIY pouch of perfectly blended herbs and berries takes the guesswork out of elderberry syrup preparation. All you add is honey and water. No measuring or head-scratching required. Just simmer the contents in water, strain, and sweeten with local honey to make a concentrated, high-potency syrup that's versatile and tasty. Step-by-step directions are on the label. Mix it into yogurt, oatmeal, or tea. Drizzle it over ice cream or waffles. Use it in a smoothie or a kombucha mocktail for added flavor and fortification, or enjoy a spoonful of the tasty syrup all by itself whenever the need arises. For Tea: Stir 1 to 3 teaspoons of syrup to taste into tea.. Refrigerate after making. Ingredients: Organic Dried Elderberries, Organic Cinnamon Sticks, Organic Rosehips, Organic Cloves, Organic Echinacea, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Star Anise Can add maple sugar for children under 1 yr of age. Also if pregnant, substitute honey with sweetener of your choice.
