A crunchy hit of cacao for the morning from PUNCH, the London brand started by chef and nutritionist Gabi Masefield. Cacao-coated clusters of almonds, walnuts, buckwheat and seeds, sweetened with dates and maple, with a boost of lion's mane. Sprinkle it over porridge, overnight oats or yoghurt, or pile it onto pancakes and PB toast. Tastes a bit naughty, isn't. Over 30 servings in a 125g tin, and high in fibre.
