Vintage Meito China Celestine Bread Plates, Set of 12, Rust Red and Gold

This beautiful set of 12 plates was made in Japan by Meito China for James Japanese China and is marked “Celestine” on the base. Each plate has a cream center and a scalloped border of rust red and golden yellow, with a floral band and gold trim. The small scalloped design inside the well repeats the border. Use them for bread and butter, salads, desserts, or cake, or hang them as a wall collection. These vintage finds have vintage patina and light wear to the gold trim. Dimensions 6.4"L x 6.4"W x 0.6"H
