Alva Black

The Alva Black is a unisex pleated vegan loafer by Zèta. Its pleating adds depth to a retro silhouette, while the black colour accentuates its lines. Pair with wide-leg trousers, straight denim or a skirt and light socks to bring out the design of the model. Handcrafted in a family-owned workshop in Felgueiras, in the north of Portugal, the Alva extends our city shoe collection and reflects our dedication to Portuguese craftsmanship. A supple olive-based material Its upper is crafted from an alternative to animal leather made of 87% plant-based and recycled materials from olive industry by-products and 13% bio-PU. Residues from olive oil production are thus upcycled into a shoe material whose suppleness beautifully enhances the pleats. Everyday comfort A recycled foam insole provides plush cushioning. Made from cereal crops and certified OEKO-TEX, the microfibre lining is both breathable and antibacterial. The outsole is made of recycled Neolite® and the glues are resin-based and vegan. The Zèta logo is printed on the insole. The pair is presented in a recycled cardboard box.
