Honduras APROCOMSA

Origin: Marcala municipality, La Paz, Honduras Producer: Members of Asociación de Productores Orgánicos (APROCOMSA) Process: Natural Flavor Profile: Juicy + Tea-like Tasting Notes: Ripe Nectarine, Jasmine, Juicy This coffee is a delightful offering from a coffee-growers organization that is doing good for its community. It has a tea-like body that we love and soft fruit flavors, reminiscent of a refreshing jasmine tea. The delicate mouthfeel paired with a satisfying juiciness will have you coming back for another cup! The Asociación de Productores Orgánicos Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (APROCOMSA) is dedicated to the wellbeing of its farmers, and to educating its members on how to exist in harmony with nature. In keeping with this mission, the cooperative also funds and operates an International school for children to train them to become future leaders in the Finca Humana tradition.
