Brewed with local Rabbit Hill Farmhouse Pils, Vienna and Munich malt, then hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Spalt, it brings soft fresh bread and cracker like malt, a touch of honeyed grain, and delicate floral/herbal noble hop character. A long, cold lagering period leaves it polished and clean, with enough malt underneath to remind you it’s a festival beer and a crisp, lively finish.
